At Glossier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we’ve outlined our refund process below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used cosmetic products, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@glossier.com with your order details and photos of the item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@glossier.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and instructions.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

  • Products purchased during special sales may only be eligible for exchange, unless faulty.
